Founder’s Day Dinner will be on Saturday 21 October aboard Jaspas Junk, sailing around Victoria Harbour, with buffet dinner / drinks and the backdrop of Hong Kong’s amazing skyline. Vicky Launchbury (LhB,GrE 2000-07) and John Perry (MaB,PeA,GrW 1996-2003) have agreed to be Chair and Chief Steward respectively.

The Annual Luncheon will be held on Sunday 22nd October (12.30 for 1.00) at Wells Cathedral School, College Road, Wells. BA5 2SX, by kind permission of the Head, Elizabeth Cairncross (Staff 86-00). Our speaker is Dr. Christopher Redwood with ‘Memories of Housie’. If you have not joined us before, we shall be delighted to welcome you with husbands, wives and partners to what will be a very pleasant occasion. There is ample parking off College Road behind the School but if transport is a problem, please let me know and I might be able to assist.
The cost is £28.95 per head, to include a welcoming drink on arrival, a three-course meal with a starter, choice of main course and desert, with coffee and mints to follow. You are invited to provide your own wine if you wish and there will be no charge for corkage. The dress is lounge suits for gentlemen and ladies as appropriate.

A Last of the Summer Walk (just before the clocks change) will convene at the front of the Royal Seven Stars, The Plains, Totnes TQ9 5DD from 6.15pm for a 6.30pm (hopefully informative) walk of The Totnes Town Trail, (one mile around the streets, about 45 minutes, if wet just meet in the bar instead). For late-comers and non-walkers, meet at 7.15pm.
